Problem: Tragedy of the commons – the utilization of natural resources by corporations who pollute the water or take our country’s oil and do not compensate the people of this country for taking it – if the people wish to allow it’s use at all.
Solution: All corporations must petition the local government for use of our clean air, clean water, or remove natural resources such as oil or minerals from the peoples land. If corporations pollute then they must fix the environmental damage in order to not to their corporate charter dissolved.
If we vote not to have a certain pollution then we accept the loss of jobs in our area and we make that trade-off as citizens of that area.
